To play for Liverpool the next season, Oxlade-Chamberlain explains his requirements.

To help Liverpool next season, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain wants to be at the top of his fitness game.
According to rumours, the English midfielder, who played in the sidelines last season, could depart Anfield this summer.
The 28-year-old, meanwhile, is only concerned about performing for Liverpool.
The club’s website quotes Oxlade-Chamberlain as saying, “Just be healthy, available, and as ready as you can be to compete and play football, and then when I’m playing or getting the opportunities to play, I know then that I set high expectations for myself.”
“However, you must first ensure that you are healthy and ready for selection before you can begin putting your goals into action.
“I know the abilities I have and the type of player I want to be: attacking, scoring or assisting goals, and advancing the club. But first, we have a challenging preseason to get through.
So those are the things I intend to do, and as for the others, we’ll just have to wait and see.

Ox is not at Lfc level and would be a good player for bottom club. No other club is interested in him that is why he is staying.
