Manchester United
The ‘wonderful’ £38 million ace Fabian Ruiz, who has been compared to Xavi, is reportedly in talks to join Manchester United.

Manchester United and Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz are currently in negotiations for a summer transfer.
According to a report from Calcio Napoli 24, Ruiz has signed a deal with Manchester United, and Napoli are “irritated” with the Spaniard since they think he wants to leave Naples.
We already discussed allegations from Italy that United had contacted Ruiz’s agent over the phone. And it now appears that the Red Devils are moving quickly to sign the 15-cap Spain international.
Paul Pogba’s replacement, a top-tier player, is being sought after by Ten Hag. The Napoli star appears to be squarely on the Dutchman’s radar this summer.
The Coaches Voice has compared Ruiz to Xavi, a legend of Spain and Barcelona. While he may not be on Xavi’s level, he undoubtedly shares some of his characteristics.
Ruiz is capable of playing either a deep-lying position or the traditional central midfield position. He is even capable of playing more forward in an attacking capacity.
Ruiz scored seven goals and provided five assists for Napoli in 38 appearances last year. He is a football player with intelligence, excellent passing skill, and amazing vision.
The Spaniard averaged 67.9 passes per game in 32 Serie A games for Napoli last season, with a tremendously excellent completion rate of 90.5 percent. He’d be a terrific addition to Hag’s team at United.
The way he holds back on delivering his passes till the very last second is what draws parallels to Xavi. For United, having that quality would be quite advantageous. At United, Hag has a massive rebuilding job on his hands, and we believe that adding Ruiz would be a very wise decision for the club.
