The latest Liverpool player to depart, a forgotten 26-year-old, is bid farewell by the team with “All the best” wishes

Liverpool players have taken to Social Media to say goodbye to Ben Davies, who’s transferred to Rangers for £4m
The defender, who moved to Liverpool a year and a half ago, struggled to adjust to life on Merseyside and was unable to participate in any games.
In an effort to replace all of their injured central defenders, Davies was transferred to Anfield. Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, and Joel Matip were all out of commission at the time.
When Jurgen Klopp initially came, he was full of praise:
“He’s a really excellent footballer, he seems like a proper leader in this Preston squad, he’s good in challenges, he looks football smart, he can play multiple positions because he played in a back three and a back four, and he can do all these things,” said the observer.
Because of that, I find him to be incredibly interesting, and I’m eager to collaborate with him.
But for the 26-year-old, it was simply not meant to be. Now that Rangers are playing well and competing in Europe, Davies has a chance to revive his career.
He told the Ibrox club’s website, “I am very excited to join Rangers and I am really looking forward to taking this next step in my career.
