Phil Jones dismisses Cristiano Ronaldo when naming his ideal Manchester United team.

Despite his successes at Old Trafford, Wayne Rooney, Paul Scholes, and Nemanja Matic all make Phil Jones’ dream Man Utd lineup, Cristiano R . When it comes to picking his perfect Manchester United 5-a-side team, Phil Jones has forgotten about Cristiano Ronaldo.
The centre-back has spent a decade with the Red Devils, but his career has been plagued by injuries, which has limited him to only 13 appearances in the last three seasons. Erik ten Hag is currently evaluating his squad, therefore his future at Manchester is uncertain.
Last summer, Jones was joined in the United ranks by Ronaldo, who had returned to the club after a 12-year absence. When asked about Ronaldo’s first stint at Old Trafford, where he won the 2008 Ballon d’Or, the defense chose to include some of United’s other legends in his dream team.
Jones chose Edwin van der Sar as his goalkeeper. The Dutchman was a mainstay in goal for United, saving a critical penalty as they won the Champions League. Nemanja Vidic and Steve Bruce, both known for their hardness, create a powerful backline in front of him.
Jones has chosen Paul Scholes as his midfielder, with the current Manchester United man having played with the Class of 92 graduate for a brief spell. Scholes is still remembered as one of the greatest midfielders of his period at Old Trafford.
