Meet Liverpool fc most decorated player of all time

The most decorated player in Liverpool history is Phil Neal. No Englishman can actually claim more medals.
The full-back was the only participant in the Reds’ first four European Cup victories and contributed to the delivery of 22 awards to the Anfield trophy room.
The phrase “Mr Consistency” has never been more appropriate than when referring to Neal’s qualities while wearing a Liverpool jersey.
The former Northampton Town player was Bob Paisley’s first managerial hire and unquestionably one of his most creative ones. He was plucked from Fourth Division obscurity for £66,000 in October 1974.
With 365 consecutive league appearances between December 1974 and September 1983, Neal was a near-permanent member of the storied back four of the late 1970s.
In addition to being difficult to stop, he was a prolific goal scorer by full-back standards, with a record total of 60 goals that included two goals in victory in the European Cup final. When Neal was chosen to succeed Graeme Souness as captain in the summer of 1984, it was a just reward for his dedication and loyalty; nonetheless, he eventually departed the team for Bolton Wanderers 18 months later.
One of the greatest Anfield careers is attested to by his dependability and amazing medal haul.
