Liverpool target agent Manuel Ugarte has revealed the wanted midfielder will be leaving Sporting Lisbon this summer.
The 22-year-old is the Reds’ target for next season but it looks like they aren’t the only side interested.

However, he doesn’t necessarily have to move to Anfield

Ugarte has made 45 appearances for Sporting this season and his performances have attracted potential buyers from across Europe.
Liverpool are believed to be one of the clubs impressed with the Uruguay international.
Her agent has now commented on the speculation, saying there are “many offers on the table” for the star. “Liverpool? There’s a lot of talk, but it’s not the only club, there are others,” Jorge Chijane told O Jogo of the Reds’ interest.
Ugarte moved from Famalicao to Portuguese giants Sporting in 2021

“There is a lot of talk, but I’m not sure about the club yet. There are many offers on the table.
“It’s almost certain he won’t stay, it’s certain he’ll leave,” he also said, before adding: “I think the situation will be resolved in 15 days.”
