Liverpool supporters respond to the news of the £85 million Darwin Nunez transfer

Darwin Nunez’s signing from Benfica has received feedback from Liverpool supporters.
The starting cost of the 22-year-six-year old’s contract with the club is £64.1 million (€75 million). If all prospective add-ons are paid out, the price may increase to a club record of £85.4 million.
Since the footballer had his physical on Tuesday, fans have been impatiently awaiting the announcement all day. Following the confirmation, they posted on social media, and there were even some comments from former and present Liverpool players.
Darwin Nunez is excited about the opportunity to play alongside the “monsters” of the Liverpool forward line and is confident that working with Jurgen Klopp will help him improve as a player.
After completing his transfer from Benfica on Tuesday, Nunez agreed to a six-year contract with the Reds, subject to international clearance and the issuance of a work visa.
