Last-minute summer move suggested Liverpool linked with interest in Villarreal star Yeremy Pino

Liverpool’s 3-1 victory against Manchester City last weekend demonstrated how strong their team still is, and despite having already spent heavily on three new players this summer, the Reds are expected to enter the transfer market once more.
Although Diogo Jota recently signed a new contract with the team, he won’t be able to play until the end of the month. In order to strengthen their attack, Liverpool is reportedly interested in Yeremy Pino of Villarreal and Brazilian starlet Marcos Leonardo.
Following the injuries to Diogo Jota and the exits of Sadio Mane, Divock Origi, and Takumi Minamino, Jurgen Klopp has just four attacking options for Saturday’s Premier League opener against Fulham: Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, Luis Diaz, and summer acquisition Darwin Nunez.
In order to strengthen their forward line, the Reds may return to the transfer market. According to the Spanish outlet Fichajes, Liverpool is interested in signing Villarreal star Yeremy Pino this month.
The 19-year-old scored seven goals and provided four assists last season, including four goals in a 5-1 victory over Espanyol in February.
