Manchester United transfer news Following Casemiro, Antony “goes on strike to force a move to Manchester United.”

In light of Manchester United’s interest in Ajax this summer, the club’s left winger Antony has spoken about his future there.
At the Johan Cruyff Arena, the Brazilian scored on the opening weekend of the Eredivisie as Ajax thrashed FC Groningen 6-1. But according to reports from the Netherlands on Friday, despite being at the team’s training facility, the 22-year-old did not participate in training.
De Telegraaf added that it was unclear whether the player’s absence was due to an injury or his resentment over a deal being turned down after Ajax rejected a €80 million bid from United on Thursday. Antony addressed the rumors surrounding his future in a conversation with De Telegraaf.
When asked if he could reassure Ajax supporters that he would remain, he answered: “No, I can’t, to be completely honest. What I can say is that I want to make the best choice possible for my family, business partners, and Ajax.
“God ultimately decides my future. My contract with Ajax runs through the summer of 2025, and I couldn’t be happier. I will do anything for this incredible team at all times.
I take pride in wearing the shirt, and I immediately feel at home. If everyone agrees that I should remain here, I am confident that both the club and I will benefit from my staying.
“I don’t really need to go anywhere. I have now put all other concerns in the hands of my agents and my brother and am concentrating solely on playing football. They’ll give me advice on what’s best.”
