Liverpool
Jürgen Klopp is “always clear” about his feelings regarding Arsenal.

When Arsenal finished fifth in the Premier League standings last season, Klopp commented that they performed “exceptionally well.”
The Gunners’ arch rival Tottenham Hotspur beat them to the fourth and final Champions League position.
When talking about the Premier League title fight and the opposition the Reds would face in the coming season, Liverpool manager Klopp made the remarks regarding Arsenal.
On Sky Sports, Klopp stated this about Arsenal: “It was always obvious that these types of things would happen. Naturally, Arsenal performed remarkably well. Is Chelsea on the list? Most likely not.
In our opinion, Arsenal performed admirably last season and could perform even better this year.
Few people expected the Arsenal to compete for a Champions League spot all season last year, especially after the way they started the season.
Arsenal has been fairly active this summer and has improved from last year’s squad.
One of the players the Gunners have acquired so far during the summer transfer season is Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus.
As of right now, we don’t believe Arsenal will contend with Liverpool, Manchester City, and Chelsea for the Premier League championship in 2019.
Arsenal will, however, unquestionably contend for Champions League spots and have an influence in the UEFA Europa League as well.
