After two wins during the Easter weekend, QPR appeared to be on the verge of Championship safety. However, defeats to Sheffield Wednesday and Hull City, as well as a point against Plymouth Argyle, mean there is still something to play for with three games remaining.

The Rs are only three points above the relegation zone, and Marti Cifuentes will need every member of his squad to perform against Preston North End, Leeds United, and Coventry City. Several QPR players are out of contract at the end of the season and may be playing to persuade the head coach they are worth keeping in the team next season.
