In place of Jude Bellingham, Liverpool is considering a Croatian star

Luka Sucic, a midfielder for RB Salzburg, is being considered by Liverpool as a more practical replacement for Jude Bellingham.
Bellingham is unquestionably a perfect target for Liverpool, but it seems to be getting more and more difficult to sign him. AS claims that Real Madrid and Chelsea are also interested in the midfielder, so Liverpool will have a difficult time luring him to Anfield.
As they investigate alternatives to Bellingham, Liverpool is reportedly eyeing a transfer for Croatian midfielder Sucic, according to GOAL (via TEAMtalk).
Sucic, who is just 19 years old and already a fixture for Salzburg, scored eight league goals last season from midfield.
Sucic will not only be less expensive because there won’t be as much rivalry for the midfielder, but he will also be easier to acquire. Bellingham, according to the AS report, might cost around €100 million, although according to Transfermarkt, Salzburg have never paid more than £30 million for a player.
With an aging midfielder for Liverpool, it would be wise to sign a young player who hasn’t yet reached his full potential. Sucic can pick up skills and grow while playing with players like Thiago and Jordan Henderson, eventually seizing their position on the squad.
