FC Halifax Town have confirmed that their next two home games against Barnet and Ebbsfleet United will be played at League Two side Accrington Stanley’s Wham Stadium.

The Shay surface was in terrible shape after the Halifax Panthers’ game against Batley on Sunday, so the team had to look for other locations for their remaining home games. Town will play at home against Barnet on Saturday at 3 p.m. and will host Ebbsfleet United on Tuesday at 7.45 p.m.

It has not yet been confirmed when and where their other home fixture against Oldham Athletic will be played.

The club announced on social media that they would be playing their matches at Accrington Stanley’s Wham Stadium on Saturday, March 13, at 3 p.m. against Barnet, and on Tuesday, March 16, at 7 p.m. against Ebbsfleet United, due to recent problems with the pitch at the Shay.We thank Accrington Stanley for their assistance in enabling us to complete these two fixtures, and we acknowledge the frustration that the recent postponements have caused.Season tickets will be valid as normal, and payment at the gate is still required for other home and away supporters.

On Thursday, we’ll also finalize stand assignments and provide a floor plan.

“Once everything has been confirmed and settled, there will be another announcement regarding the Oldham Athletic match and ticket sales for that game.”
