Liverpool
Despite the contract dispute, Liverpool already has a plan for Mohamed Salah, so Jürgen Klopp won’t be concerned.

When it comes to Mohamed Salah’s transfer choice next summer, Jürgen Klopp and Julian Ward will be ready for every scenario, which should reassure FSG.
Liverpool are edging closer to a precipice where they will eventually be unable to prevent themselves from falling into the depths with each passing day.
Anyone connected to Liverpool Football Club has been anxiously waiting to see how Mohamed Salah’s contract predicament will play out. Sadio Mané, Salah’s rival on the left wing, has already bid the Reds farewell, and unless something changes, there are real concerns Salah may do the same when his contract expires in the summer of 2019.
Nobody at Anfield wants that to happen, especially given that Salah will be free to choose his next location and might end up playing for a Premier League competitor.
But Liverpool’s future won’t necessarily be bleak in the end. Salah will be remembered as one of the greatest players to ever don the red jersey, but he is hardly a must-have player. The history of the club has repeatedly shown that heroes may be replaced.
With Julian Ward in charge, Liverpool appears to have found a capable sporting director who fits Michael Edwards’ mold to a tee. Should Salah opt not to extend his current contract with the club, Ward’s scouting team will be ready for the possibility of his exit and will have the ideal prospects lined up in order to replace the Egyptian star.
However, Jürgen Klopp’s achievements also deserve attention. Klopp was a master at replacing his talismans at Borussia Dortmund because he had lots of experience doing it. Henrikh Mkhitaryan replaced Mario Götze when he left, Shinji Kagawa was replaced by Marco Reus, Robert Lewandowski by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Mario Götze by Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Given that Liverpool have extended his contract until 2026, Klopp’s ability to get the most out of his players will continue there in the long run.
From a sentimental standpoint, it will be difficult to accept Salah’s departure if it occurs next summer, but Liverpool will be ready, and Ward and Klopp will have a thrilling alternative in line, just like they did this summer when Mané left, in Darwin Nez. Because of this, FSG have no need to be concerned and are content to adhere to their ideals while Salah and them are negotiating.
