Deal for a 19-year-old Bundesliga striker is still being explored by Manchester United.

Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano tweeted that Manchester United is “still considering” a deal for RB Salzburg striker Benjamin Sesko. The Red Devils have discussed a potential move this summer with the player’s camp.
The center-forward is currently on United’s list. As of yet, no formal offer has been made for the 19-year-old. This summer, the Austrian team also has no desire to part with their prospect.
For Sesko, Salzburg has a well-defined strategy. Prior to possibly selling him in 2023, they want the Slovenian to stay with the team for the current season. For the Old Trafford team, this makes the transfer challenging.
The upcoming attacker shocked the Austrian Bundesliga last year. The center forward played in 24 league games and contributed three assists in addition to five goals. The 19-year-old finished the season overall with 10 goals and 7 assists in all competitions.
Sesko has received 13 national team senior team caps. The Slovenian international still has a long career ahead of him, despite the fact that some fans may think the figures are nothing spectacular.
In the previous campaign, our attack had no real impact. For us, only Cristiano Ronaldo managed to score a sizable quantity of goals. The rest of our forwards struggled to consistently score.
Although Sesko may not now be the forward capable of scoring 20 goals every season, the Slovenian has promise. Erik ten Hag isn’t certain to start the 19-year-old, but having another attacker on the team can only increase its depth.
