Crystal Palace move for 24-year-old – Idea in place, ‘intent’ on making it happen.

Crystal Palace are interested in Bournemouth’s Hamed Junior Traorè, as his move to Napoli is unlikely to be permanent.

According to journalist Gianluigi Longari, Crystal Palace wants the 24-year-old on loan next year.

Traorè has been on loan at Napoli since the January transfer window, following a dismal few months with Bournemouth since joining them in January of last year.

That deal was made permanent in the summer, however he has only made 13 appearances for Bournemouth, scoring one goal and playing 610 minutes in total.

He has also struggled to regain form at Napoli, scoring no goals or assisting in 11 games since his arrival in the January transfer window.
They have the option to make the move permanent, but all indications are that they will not do so, and the midfielder will return to Bournemouth this summer.

It remains to be seen whether he has a future there, but Crystal Palace appears to be testing the waters and is one of the interested parties making moves.

They are ‘bent on demanding’ a deal for the midfielder and hope to take him on loan from Bournemouth, as Napoli did earlier this year.

It remains to be seen whether the Cherries will sanction such a transaction, but Crystal Palace appears to be attempting it as they look to grow under Oliver Glasner this summer.
