Aston Villa ‘willing to sell’ a star Liverpool is targeting

According to rumors, Liverpool is one of the prospective suitors for the highly regarded midfielder, and their prospects of signing the 18-year-old have significantly improved.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who spoke to SportBible, the Midlands club is willing to sell £20 million-rated Chukwuemeka this summer even if they are hoping he will make a U-turn and accept better terms at Villa Park.
Meanwhile,
Ben Davies, a forgotten Liverpool player who joined the club in January 2021 from Championship team Preston North End, appears to be leaving Anfield this summer after making just one appearance for the Reds. He was on loan to Sheffield United the previous season.
Sky Sports says that Liverpool and Davies have reached an agreement to sell Davies to Rangers this summer for a sum thought to be in the neighborhood of £4 million, despite previous speculations strongly associating him with a move to Blackburn Rovers or Stoke City.
Liverpool is earning a sizable profit on Davies considering that they just spent about £1.5 million for him just 18 months ago.
