Liverpool
After Liverpool FC’s victory, Steven Gerrard comments on Manchester United under Erik ten Hag.

Steven Gerrard, the manager of Aston Villa, acknowledges that he must get his team ready for a “different” kind of challenge when they play Manchester United the following week.
Prior to departing for Australia for the second leg of their tour, United started their preseason schedule on Tuesday with a 4-0 thrashing of Liverpool in Bangkok.
The team of Ten Hag returns to action on Friday when they take on Melbourne Victory, and they play another match in the city the following Tuesday when they take on Villa. Prior to traveling back to Europe to play Atletico Madrid in Oslo on July 30 and Rayo Vallecano at Old Trafford the following day, United first takes a flight to Perth to take on Crystal Palace.
When United plays two more Premier League opponents the following week, they will be looking to build on their strong debut performance against Liverpool.
When the two teams meet, Liverpool legend Gerrard will be trying to surprise United, and he acknowledges that he has already spotted a few changes to the team under Ten Hag.
