Breaking: Dundee Boosts Defensive Line with Key Signing from Forest

Dundee have signed defender for an unknown amount on a three-and-a-half-year contract from Nottingham Forest.

The 21-year-old spent the season on loan at Dundee, appearing in 21 games after making his debut at Livingston in October 2023.

This season, Aaron Donnelly has played 22 games on loan for Colchester United in the English League Two.

He made his Northern Ireland debut in November last year, coming in as a substitute against Andorra.

“I am absolutely delighted to be back at the club,” the centre-back stated on Dundee’s website.

“As soon as I realised there was interest, it was a no-brainer to return. My time here was wonderful last season, and I intend to continue where I left off.

“There was a wonderful connection between the fans and the players, and I’m hoping to thank them for their tremendous support. I’m excited to get back out in front of them.

“I am really looking forward to seeing the fans again at Dens Park on Thursday night [against Rangers] and make sure to bring the noise.”
