As Liverpool gets ready for their match against Man United, two players resume full training.

Two players have given Jurgen Klopp a boost ahead of Liverpool’s match against Man United at Old Trafford after training separately from the main group on Thursday.
After starting the season with two disappointing draws against Fulham and Crystal Palace, the Reds will head to Manchester on Monday in search of their first Premier League victory.
Their sluggish start is partially attributable to an extensive injury list; nine members of the first team are currently out.
The likes of Caoimhin Kelleher, Joel Matip, Ibrahima Konate, Calvin Ramsay, Thiago, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and Kaide Gordon all continue to be sidelined, though Klopp claimed in his pre-game press conference on Friday that Curtis Jones and Diogo Jota are “getting closer” to a return.
However, there was something of a boost in Saturday’s training session as two potential doubts appeared to prevail in their quest to be healthy for Monday’s match.

Both Jordan Henderson and Nat Phillips appear to have participated in the entire workout on Saturday after appearing to train separately in Liverpool’s session on Thursday.
After suffering an injury in practice the previous week, Henderson was only healthy enough to sit out the draw against Palace.
The Liverpool captain worked with the rest of the team on Saturday, dispelling any notions that his absence from the full training session on Thursday meant he might not be ready for the match against Erik ten Hag’s team.
Phillips, who was given a start against Palace, was another who trained separately from the rest of the team on Thursday.
Although Joe Gomez, who overcame his own injury issue, appears likely to start alongside Virgil van Dijk against United, the center-back participated in the entire session on Saturday.
Young players Bobby Clark, Stefan Bajcetic, and Harvey Davies missed the session because they played in the Reds’ under-21 game against Blackburn on Saturday. The same is true for Jarell Quansah, who trained on Thursday with the first team as well.
Bajcetic and Clark were both removed from the game at halftime, which suggests they might once again sit on the first team’s bench on Monday.
Layton Stewart, a striker who is playing for the senior team because of the suspension he is serving at the under-21 level after receiving a red card in their match against Brighton last week, was spotted.
Despite playing for Macclesfield between Liverpool training sessions and starting for the Silkmen in their FA Cup match against Mossley on Saturday afternoon, goalkeeper Marcelo Pitaluga was not involved.
